Birthday delights from FlyerBonus

In 2010, FlyerBonus will once again be bringing special birthday happiness to our valued members. DOUBLE points will be on offer for FlyerBonus members flying with Bangkok Airways in their birth month!

For example, a FlyerBonus member born on July 15th 1975 who flies with us on March 14th, July 2nd, July 31st and August 8th, will automatically receive double FlyerBonus points for the flights taken on July 2nd and 31st. FlyerBonus members need to simply remember to state their membership number when making a reservation and again during check-in.
Please note that this offer applies only to those members whose membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed prior to the traveling date.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer only applies to flights taken with Bangkok Airways
  2. This offer is not applicable for flight activity on award tickets and non-revenue tickets under the booking classes of S, X and Z
  3. This offer applies only to those members whose membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed prior to the traveling date
  4. To be eligible for the bonus points, members must take a flight with Bangkok Airways within their birth-month, quote their membership number when making a reservation and present their membership card at check-in
  5. FlyerBonus, in any case, takes no responsibility for any unsuccessful member registrations on the FlyerBonus website (www.bangkokair.com/flyerbonus)
  6. This offer does not apply for any claims on missing point activity. Members shall only receive base points earned from their claimed flight activities with no bonus points.
  7. Bonus points on offer will be credited to members’ accounts within 45 working days of the flight activity date
  8. This offer does not apply to duplicate member accounts. The bonus points will be deducted from member accounts once duplicated accounts have been combined.
  9. Members must ensure their membership details are always recorded at reservation and check-in
  10. Birth date alterations after initial enrolment are permitted with applicable legal documentation clearly indicating the accurate birth date. The request can be done by submitting a certified true copy of the member’s identification card or passport via facsimile +66 (0) 2273 8436
  11. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions stated herein
  12. Members need to accurately quote their FlyerBonus Membership Number and state their intention to collect FlyerBonus points every time a reservation is made with Bangkok Airways. Membership cards need to also be presented at check-in
  13. In case of any disputes, the decision of Bangkok Airways is final
  14. Other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply

     

Members need to accurately quote their FlyerBonus Membership Number and state their intention to collect FlyerBonus points every time a reservation is made with Bangkok Airways and Program Partners. Membership cards need to also be presented at Check-in.
