Termination of Krungsri Points Redemption for FlyerBonus Points from 1 July 2025
FlyerBonus, the frequent flyer programme of Bangkok Airways, wishes to inform members that Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited will discontinue the provision of point redemption opportunities between Krungsri and FlyerBonus, effective 1 July 2025.
This change does not affect Krungsri First Choice Visa cardholders who will still be able to redeem Krungsri First Choice Reward points for FlyerBonus points as usual.
Krungsri cardholders may continue to redeem their Krungsri points for FlyerBonus points until 30 June 2025 via the following channels during business hours:
- UCHOOSE app
- Krungsri Exclusive Customer Service Center: 0 2296 5566
For Krungsri First Choice Visa cardholders, point redemption for FlyerBonus points remains available via the Customer Service Center at 0 2345 6789.
