Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only applicable to FlyerBonus members
2. Advance reservations must be made via the website (www.dusit.com), email (customerservice@dusit.com) or by contacting the hotel directly. The promo code KTCFly must be quoted when making reservation via e-mail or at check-in staff for bookings made via website, and all bookings are subject to room and rate availability
3. The promotion is only applicable for all bookings and stays between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026
4. Members must provide their correct membership number at the time of reservation and check-in
5. Eligible room rates mean the hotel published room rate for the qualifying stay and include, but are not limited to, rates found on the hotel’s website. Please contact the hotel reservation team for details on eligible rates for the accrual of FlyerBonus points.
6. Eligible rates do not include tour operator rates, groups and packages, free/complimentary stays, travel industry rates or internet wholesaler/ third party rates
7. To receive double FlyerBonus points and 15% Discount on room rates, guests must present their KTC – Bangkok Airways co-branded credit card as well as provide their respective FlyerBonus and Dusit Gold membership numbers at the time of check-in. Dusit Gold member details need to also be presented via the Dusit Hotels & Rewards app. 
8. A minimum stay period of 2 consecutive nights is required
9. Double FlyerBonus points per eligible stay when paying with a KTC-Bangkok Airways branded credit card during the campaign period are defined as follows;
   9.1 Earn 500 base points and an additional 500 bonus points, totalling 1,000 points for eligible stays at Dusit Thani and dusitD2
   9.2 Earn 250 base points and an additional 250 bonus points, totalling 500 points for eligible stays at Dusit Princess
   9.3 Earn 200 base points and an additional 200 bonus points, totalling 400 points for eligible stays at ASAI Hotels
   
10. The points received via this offer do not count towards membership status
    
11. 4-6 weeks need to be allowed for points to be credited to your frequent flyer account (post-check-out)
12. Each accrual activity can be credited to only one programme. Points cannot be transferred from one programme to another. Claims for points that have been credited to FlyerBonus Programme are not eligible for credit with the Dusit Gold Programme.
13. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or privileges
14. Points are non-transferable, non-extendable and not redeemable for cash or other services
15. The maximum occupancy per room is two adults; additional guests may incur an extra charge
16. Privileges are subject to change without prior notice
17. Any other conditions for FlyerBonus points collection are subject to Dusit Hotels & Resorts and the Dusit Gold Loyalty Programme terms and conditions
18. In case of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision
