Terms and Conditions
- Members must contact the respective partner to make an advance reservation by stating that payment will be in the form of a Flyer Bonus award certificate at Hertz Thailand: reserve@hertzthailand.com or 02 266 4666
- Renters must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid driver's license.
- Additional charges may apply for reservations made for rentals during festivals or during Friday, Saturday-Sunday.
- Vehicles are subjected to availability in each location and Terms and Conditions of the respective partner. Please inquire the partner before making a redemption.
- Pre-authorized THB 5,000 from valid CREDIT CARD ONLY is required once make a rental agreement on pick up date.
- This privilege does not include first class insurance (SCDW), tire insurance (TW), loss of vehicle insurance (TP), personal accident insurance (PAI) and other additional services can be purchased via the website www.hertzthailand.com, Hertz Thailand Application and at Hertz Thailand service branches nationwide.
- This privilege cannot be used with other promotions.
- This privilege cannot be transferred / exchanged / changed to cash.
- One day car rental is equal to 24 hours, if more than 1 hour an additional 25% accumulative per hour of the normal rental price will be charged. If more than 4 hours, 1 day of the normal rental price will be charged.
- Delivery and collection services are available only for rentals of 3 days or more, free of charge within 15 kilometers radius distance from the Hertz location during business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If more than 15 kilometers, an additional service fee will be charged. - One Way Rentals are only available when renting a car from 3 days onwards.
- Renting a car for 3-4 days, the service fee will be charged according to the specified distance.
- In case of renting a car for 5 days or more, there is no one way rental service charges *Except for Nan and Phitsanulok branches where there will be a service fee in all cases.
- Hertz standard rental requirements, rental qualifications and return restrictions applied and Hertz Thailand reserves the right to modify and/or cancel this offer and/or conditions without prior notice.
