• Members must contact the respective partner to make advance reservation at Samitivej Esthetics Institute +662 022 2534.
• At the time of service, the award certificate will be accepted as payment. The original copy of award certificate, FlyerBonus membership card, and/or other proper identifications must be presented. Members shall pay for the service if they fail to present the original Award Certificate or when a wrong Award Certificate is presented.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts or packages and are non-exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.
• Members are responsible for all doctor fees, service charges, and any other expenses incurred from using the service.
• This offer is available at Samitivej Esthetics Institute Building 2, 5th Floor, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital only.
• Samitivej Hospital reserves the right to change the offer and detail without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute, Samitivej Hospital and FlyerBonus reserve the right to make the final decision.
