  • Partner Award E-Vouchers are redeemable with participating redemption partners only
  • The expiry date is stated on each award E-Voucher. Partner Award E-Vouchers not utilised prior to the expiry date will be deemed void, cannot be reissued or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
  • Members must contact the participating partner to undertake a reservation in advance and state their intention to make payment in the form of a FlyerBonus Award Certificate. Upon receipt of a confirmed reservation, the reservation code should be retained for future reference.
  • In case of cancellation, please contact partner 4 hours in advance prior to the booking date and time.
  • E-Vouchers are subject to a limit of one-guest and one-time usage only.  
  • Members must present their Award e-voucher, the voucher number (Certificate Code) as well as their membership number.
  • Members shall pay for the service if they fail to present the original Award Certificate or when a wrong Award Certificate is presented.
  • The named holder of the E-Voucher is responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges or other expenses incurred. Please contact partner for more details.
  • Award cancellation and/or point re-depositing are NOT permitted.
  • E-Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers. The exchange or attempted exchange of any Partner Award E-Voucher into cash or item of monetary value is NOT permitted
  • Partner Award  E-vouchers cannot be sold to any individual or party. Under no circumstances will Bangkok Airways be held responsible in the event of any untoward transactions.
  • Partner Award E-vouchers will be deemed void if lost, stolen, destroyed, or altered without the written consent of Bangkok Airways. Once issued, certificates are non-refundable and irreplaceable.
