Terms and Conditions

1. Order
   1. When members have redeemed Award Voucher and wish to order product, the Award Voucher must be sent to PPSHOP via email. order@ppshop.co.th. When PPSHOP receives the order, PPSHOP will confirm order and delivery schedule to the member within 5 working days.
   2. Members must accept and understand that once the order confirmed. PPSHOP reserves the right to not returns in all cases unless it can be proven that there is damage caused by the transportation of PPSHOP or caused by PPSHOP 's fault.
2. Delivery
   1. PPSHOP agrees to deliver the product to the member from the PPSHOP office within 5 working days after receiving the order e-mail. (during business hours) and PPSHOP has sent an email confirming the order. but not more than 5 days from the date of receiving the order email.
   2. PPSHOP will complete the delivery of the goods within the specified time each time. unless there is a force majeure or any glitches beyond the control or fault of PPSHOP. If there is a force majeure or such disruption occurs, Members agrees to extend the deadline and deliver it for the number of days PPSHOP is affected by force majeure or disruption. 
3. Acceptance/Return
   1. When PPSHOP has delivered products to the members as specified in full and the product has been inspected and accepted by the members already Members will sign to receive the products as evidence for PPSHOP to use as evidence from members.
   2. If the results of the inspection show that Products delivered by PPSHOP are defective, incorrect or incomplete according to the order which proved to be the fault of PPSHOP, members retain the right not to accept the delivery of defective, incorrect or incomplete products. in such a case PPSHOP will bring back the products that members have notified and bring the product to be delivered to a new one or have to make corrections. However, if the member does not protest within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, it is deemed that the member has already accepted the product.
   3. In the case that members have already inspected the delivery of the goods, PPSHOP reserves the right not to be liable in case of defects in products in the event that such defects are not visible to the naked eye.
   4. PPSHOP is not liable in the event that the defective product is caused by any action of the member or other person not related to PPSHOP.

E-voucher Terms and conditions

1. Partner Award E-Vouchers are redeemable with participating redemption partners only.
2. The expiry date is stated on each award E-Voucher. Partner Award E-Vouchers not utilised prior to the expiry date will be deemed void, cannot be reissued or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
3. Members must contact the participating partner to order product, state their intention to make payment in the form of a FlyerBonus Award Certificate. Upon receipt of a confirmed order, members will be notified of the delivery schedule.
4. Once members state their intention to order products, the order can't be canceled.
5. E-Vouchers are subject to a limit of one-member and one-time usage only. 
6. Members must advise their Award e-voucher, the voucher number (Certificate Code) as well as their membership number.
7. Award cancellation and/or point re-depositing are NOT permitted.
8. E-Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers. The exchange or attempted exchange of any Partner Award E-Voucher into cash or item of monetary value is NOT permitted.
9. Partner Award E-vouchers cannot be sold to any individual or party. Under no circumstances will Bangkok Airways be held responsible in the event of any untoward transactions.
10. Partner Award E-vouchers will be deemed void if lost, stolen, destroyed, or altered without the written consent of Bangkok Airways. Once issued, certificates are non-refundable and irreplaceable.
11. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change, or vary any of the terms and conditions stated within at any time without prior notice.
12. Unless otherwise stated above, other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply. In case of any dispute, the decision of FlyerBonus is final.
