Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only applicable to FlyerBonus members.
2. Room bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates may be enforced.
3. Eligible room rates mean the hotel published room rate for the Qualifying Stay including, but not limited to, rates found on the hotel’s website. Please contact the hotel reservation team for details on eligible rate to accrue FlyerBonus points.
4. Eligible Rates do not include tour operator rates, groups and packages, free/complimentary stays, travel industry rates and internet wholesaler/ third party rates.
5. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts or packages and are non-exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.
6. Triple FlyerBonus points are defined as 500 Base points and 1,000 Bonus points for a total of 1,500 points per eligible stay.
7. The points received on this offer do not count towards membership status.
8. Members who are unable to add their membership number at the time of check in will not earn FlyerBonus points. Missing bonus points cannot be claimed retroactively.
9. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your points to be credited to your frequent flyer account (post-check-out).
10. Each accrual activity can be credited to only one program. Points cannot be transferred from one program to another. Claims for points that have been credited to FlyerBonus Program are not eligible for credit with CentaraThe1 Program.
11. Points are awarded per booking per stay for Members staying on a Qualifying Rate and total spend of a booking must be equal or higher than the price listed as the follows; Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives THB40,000 / booking, Centara Rasfushi Resort & Spa Maldvies THB 28,000 / booking (EXCLUSIVE of vat, local tax, GST, Green Tax and service charge).
12. The promotion is application only to all FlyerBouns members who book directly with www.centarahotelsresorts.com for the stay period between 01 December 2023 and 31 October 2024.
13. Any other conditions for FlyerBonus points collection are subject to the hotel’s conditions.
14. In case of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision.
