    • For every 1,000 Thank You Rewards Points converted (normally 1,500), members holding a Pinnacle, Infinite Platinum Leader or Platinum card will receive 500 FlyerBonus points (1,000 points being the redeemable minimum)

  1. The winners’ membership numbers will be announced on flyerbonus.bangkokair.com no later than 30 working days following the promotion’s end date. Winners are required to contact FlyerBonus to confirm prize acceptance and pay the withholding tax. If a prize is not claimed within the designated period, it will result in forfeiture.     If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize by paying the withholding tax within 15 days post-announcement, they will automatically forfeit their right to claim the prize. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel their prize(s).
  4. Winners are required to present a withholding tax certificate, proof of their Government-issued picture ID, or passport, along with a copy as well as the winner-notification email in order to claim their prize

  2. Redemptions must be undertaken online via flyerbonus.bangkokair.com. Once accessing the page, go to ‘Bangkok Airways Air Awards’ and click on 'BBL Top Redeemers’ to proceed with the award booking during the applicable period. The eligible booking period for the qualifying members is between 15 July (08.00 a.m. onwards) - 30 July 2024 and the travel period is between 15 July 2024 – 30 January 2025.
  3. Qualifying members can redeem 67 points for a domestic, one-way award ticket in economy class or 134 points for a domestic, round-trip award ticket in economy class on flights marketed and operated by Bangkok Airways and the offer is one-time only per member, per account and applicable for one passenger only throughout the campaign.
  4. This offer strictly applies to the flight destinations listed below only;
