**Terms and Conditions for 15% Discount on FlyerBonus Miles Redemption for Bangkok Airways Award Tickets

1. Members must redeem award tickets via https://flyerbonus.bangkokair.com/member/my-flyerbonus/redeem/ only. Select “Redeem with Bangkok Airways” and click on “KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS Award” to receive a 15% discount on miles required for award tickets.
2. Members redeeming award tickets under this offer must be existing FlyerBonus members prior to the redemption date, and must also be the traveling passenger on the redeemed award ticket.
3. This discount applies to one-way or round-trip award tickets in Economy Class (X) and Business Class (Z) only.
4. The discount applies to the mileage required for award tickets only. It does not include taxes or fees associated with issuing the award ticket.
5. Award tickets are valid for 1 year and are not open tickets. Members must specify the date, time, and route each time a change to the itinerary is made.
6. Members must pay award ticket issuance fees using a KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS Credit Card only.
7. The discount applies to award tickets on flights marketed and operated by Bangkok Airways on routes listed on the FlyerBonus website.
8. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, nor can it be exchanged, refunded for cash, or transferred to others.
9. The discount is subject to seat availability at the time of booking on the FlyerBonus website.
10. Once the booking and ticket issuance are completed, members cannot cancel the redemption or request mileage refunds.
11. If a member fails to travel on the flight, date, or time specified on the award ticket, or fails to check in before the counter closes, the award ticket will be considered fully used. The return sector (if any) will also be automatically cancelled. Miles and fees will not be refunded.
12. Other terms and conditions follow the FlyerBonus program unless otherwise specified.
13. Award ticket usage is subject to seat availability. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to adjust mileage redemption rates, cancel certain award types, or add conditions without prior notice.

***Terms and Conditions for Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Access (Samui Airport Only)
Applicable only for KTC X–BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and KTC X–BANGKOK AIRWAYS WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD

1. Eligible for 4 lounge visits at the Blue Ribbon Club Lounge, Samui Airport, when traveling on Bangkok Airways domestic and/or international routes. Only for primary cardholders of the eligible card types.
2. Bangkok Airways will issue an e‑Voucher for lounge access (Samui Airport only) to cardholders, credited to their FlyerBonus account within 21 days. The e‑Voucher is valid for 1 year from the card approval date and no later than 31 January 2570.
3. Each e‑Voucher is valid for 1 cardholder per visit.
4. Cardholders must present the valid lounge access voucher, their Bangkok Airways boarding pass, and their KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card to the lounge staff.

****Terms and Conditions for Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Access (Samui Airport Only) Applicable for KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD

1. Eligible for 2 lounge visits at the Blue Ribbon Club Lounge, Samui Airport, when traveling on Bangkok Airways domestic/international routes listed at https://www.bangkokair.com/lounge. Only for primary cardholders.
2. KTC grants lounge access privileges when traveling on Bangkok Airways and paying for the ticket using the KTC credit card. Cardholder name must match the traveler.
3. Privilege is limited to primary cardholders only. No guest access.
4. Cardholders must be approved for the KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card by 31 January 2570.
5. The airline reserves the right to deny access if conditions in items 1 and 2 are not met.

Terms and Conditions for Excess Baggage Allowance on Bangkok Airways Flights

1. This privilege is for KTC credit cardholders as follows:
   • Up to 10 kg additional (total not exceeding 30 kg) for KTC X–BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD
   • Up to 5 kg additional (total not exceeding 30 kg) for KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD
2. To receive the extra baggage allowance, cardholders must present the KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card with a name matching the traveler at the check‑in counter.
3. The airline reserves the right to deny the service if conditions in item 2 are not met.

Terms and Conditions for Waiver of Flight/Date Change Fees

1. This privilege applies to KTC X–BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD cardholders.
2. One waiver of flight/date change fee per booking, applicable only to tickets purchased with a KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card.
3. Not applicable to fare classes R, P, A, O, X, S, Z, or tickets with non‑changeable conditions.
4. Members may request the privilege by contacting Call Center 1771 or presenting the booking reference and valid KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card at Bangkok Airways ticket offices.

Terms and Conditions for Blue Ribbon Check‑in Counter Access

1. Applicable to KTC X–BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD cardholders.
2. Privilege is granted when cardholders travel on Bangkok Airways and have paid for the ticket with the KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card. Cardholders must present a valid credit card before using the service.
3. The privilege provider reserves the right to deny service if conditions in item 2 are not met.

Terms and Conditions for Priority Baggage Tag (PRIO)

1. Eligible for KTC X–BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD cardholders.
2. Cardholders must travel on Bangkok Airways and must pay for the ticket using the KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card, presenting a valid card at check‑in.
3. The airline reserves the right to deny the service if conditions in item 2 are not met.

Terms and Conditions for Priority Waitlist Confirmation

1. Eligible for KTC X–BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD cardholders.
2. Cardholders must request the privilege with their FlyerBonus membership number and must pay for their tickets using the KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card via Call Center 1771 or at Bangkok Airways ticketing offices.

Terms and Conditions for 10% Discount on In‑Flight Shopping

1. Applicable to all KTC X–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card types.
2. Valid for items with product codes starting with IF, when paid with a KTC–BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card at Bangkok Airways ticket offices offering in‑flight shopping, or when presenting the valid credit card to cabin crew on board.
