I. New Tier Introduction – Premier Plus & Updates on Member Benefits and Privileges

FlyerBonus is excited to introduce a new loyalty tier, 'Premier Plus', developed exclusively with Bangkok Airways most frequent flyers in mind. Members with Premier Plus status will enjoy enhanced benefits as outlined in the updated table below;

II. Tier Bonus points for Premier and Premier Plus Members

Starting 1 March 2020, Premier members and Premier Plus members will receive special "Tier Bonus" points when flying eligible Bangkok Airways flights. Tier Bonus points are the number of pre-calculated base points earned from eligible Bangkok Airways flights. The member's tier rate, based on their membership status on the day of activity, is also factored in. The tier rate for Premier members and Premier Plus members is 10% and 15% respectively of the base points earned. Tier Bonus points do not count towards tier up-grading.

III. Membership Tier Upgrade

FlyerBonus is making updates to its program from March 1, 2020 onwards as follows:

Premier Plus
Tier Upgrade	Earn 40,000 qualifying points* or 50 qualifying Bangkok Airways flights** within a consecutive 12 month period.	Example: If the Priority or Premier Member has attained qualifying points or qualifying Bangkok Airways flights in 30 April 2020, you will be entitled to Premier Plus status on the next day. The Premier Plus membership card will be valid until 31 May 2021.
Tier Renewal	Within the current Premier Plus Status's 12 consecutive month-period, the member earns 40,000 qualifying pointsor 50 qualifying sectors*	From the above example, if the Premier Plus Member has attained 40,000 qualifying points or 50 qualifying Bangkok Airways flights from May 2020 to April 2021, you will be entitled to Premier Plus status until 30 May 2022. In case of disqualification, the membership status will be downgraded.
Premier Plus Card Validity	12 months

As a special courtesy during the migratory period, Premier members holding non-expired Premier card dated before 1 March 2020 will receive a complimentary upgrade to Premier Plus status, valid until 30 April 2021. Premier members who attain their Premier status after 29 February 2020 will receive Premier benefits.

IV. New Bangkok Airways Awards Chart

Effective 1 March 2020, FlyerBonus members can enjoy more benefits with our new Bangkok Airways Award Redemption Chart.

V. Plastic FlyerBonus Membership Card Discontinuance

FlyerBonus is currently phasing out its distribution of plastic FlyerBonus Membership Cards and moving to the digital FlyerBonus Wallet Card. These cards are considered more travel-friendly and convenient when it comes to flight check-in, lounge access and utilising partner properties and services. More importantly, this effort will contribute to waste reduction and keeping the environment green. FlyerBonus members are encouraged to download their FlyerBonus Wallet Card by logging-in to their FlyerBonus account and simply saving/downloading the FlyerBonus Wallet Card. *Qualifying Points: Base Points accumulated from flight activities are considered qualifying points and count towards membership level status. Points from partners and bonus points are not qualifying points.
**Qualifying sectors: The qualifying sectors not applicable for flight activity on code share flight, award tickets, complimentary tickets, staff tickets and tickets under the classes of R, P, A, O, S, X, and Z.
