Terms and Conditions of Prize Acceptance

This offer applies to FlyerBonus members only, holding confirmed and valid membership status, prior to the transaction date. Further, it applies to FlyerBonus members whose converted points between 1 May and 30 June 2024.
The total points will be calculated at the end of the promotion. Point conversions from participating credit cards after 30 June 2024, based on the transaction date with the credit card issuer, will not be considered.
The 5 members with the highest converted FlyerBonus point totals will each receive a hotel stay voucher. The sequence and awards are stated in the above table.
Winners are required to contact FlyerBonus to confirm prize acceptance and pay the withholding tax. If a prize is not claimed within the designated period, it will result in forfeiture. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel their prize(s).
Prize acceptance is non-transferable.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
Winners accepting awards valued at more than THB 1,000 are required to pay withholding tax (5% of the prize value) in accordance with Revenue Department Order Number TORPOR 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985 and TORPOR 104/2544 dated September 15, 2001. This amounts to;
- Sequence No. 1: THB1,890 for a 2-Night Stay at SAii Koh Samui Choengmon, Surat Thani, valued at THB37,800, Terms & Conditions of the voucher as the follows;
  - Two-night stay in Pool Villa.
  - Daily Breakfast for 2 persons.
  - The voucher valid until 31 October 2024
  - Reservation will be required 7 working days in advance and subject to room availability.
  - Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
  - The voucher expiration dates cannot extended and exchanged under circumstances and are not transferable.
- Sequence No. 2: THB1,245 for a 2-Night Stay at SAii Laguna Phuket, Phuket, valued at THB24,900, Terms & Conditions of the voucher as the follows;
  - Two-night accommodation in Premium Lagoon View.
  - Daily Breakfast for 2 persons.
  - The voucher is valid until 31 October 2024
  - Reservation will be required 7 working days in advance and subject to room availability.
  - Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
  - The voucher expitation dates cannot be extended and exchanged under any circumstances.
- Sequence No. 3: THB445 for a 2-Night Stay at Island Escape by Burasari, Phuket, valued at THB8,900, Terms & Conditions of the voucher as the follows;
  - Complimentary 2 nights stay in Deluxe Pool View includes Breakfast for 2 persons & Roundtrip Speedboat Transfer from Boat Lagoon Pier to the Resort.
  - Guest must present this voucher upon check-in.
  - Advance reservation is recommended, and it is subject to availability upon confirmation.
  - At the time of booking, a voucher number must be mentioned.
  - No cash refund will be given on part usage of this voucher.
  - This voucher is required to be present upon arrival during checking in.
  - This voucher is nontransferable and cannot be extended if not utilized during the validity dates mentioned.
  - This voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Sequence No. 4: THB375 for a 2-Night Stay at Shanghai Mansion, Bangkok, valued at THB7,500, Terms & Conditions of the voucher as the follows;
- Sequence No. 5: THB175 for a 2-Night Stay at W22 by Burasari, Bangkok, valued at THB3,500, Terms & Conditions of the voucher as the follows;
If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize, by paying the withholding tax within 15 days post-announcement, they will automatically forfeit their right to claim the prize. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel their prize(s).
Winners are required to present a withholding tax certificate, proof of their Government-issued picture ID, or passport, along with a copy as well as the winner-notification email in order to claim their prize
Bangkok Airways shall not be responsible for transportation or any expenditure incurred from receiving the prizes which shall be at the expense of the winners.
Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right any time to remove/disqualify any winners deemed unqualified or irrelevant.
The award voucher's reservation is subject to room availability and stay period, and blackout dates may apply. Please contact the hotel for further details.
Winners are required to make an advance reservation via the applicable channel(s) designated on the hotel stay voucher
At the time of hotel check-in, the award voucher will be accepted as payment. The original award voucher copy and/or other appropriate identification must also be presented.
The award voucher holder and guest are responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges and any other expenses incurred during the stay. Please check with the hotel.
Award vouchers are both category-and-level specific and number of nights specific. The award vouchers cannot be used across categories or level, or for an amount of nights other than specified on the award voucher.
Maximum occupancy per room is two adults; additional guests will incur an additional charge.
Occupancy policies relating to children vary by property. As such, the hotel should be contacted for further details prior to finalising any booking.
Cancellation policies apply at all hotels. The nightly rate on the confirmed check-in date will be charged in case of a no show.
Award voucher stays are not eligible for FlyerBonus Points or any other benefits.
The participating hotels reserve the right to reject an invalid / incorrect award voucher if details do not correspond with the booking and/or member’s details.
Participating banks and hotels, as well as FlyerBonus, all reserve the right to change the offer and details without notice
An award voucher that has been bought, sold or bartered by or to a member maybe cancelled or confiscated without prior notice and is at the sole discretion of Bangkok Airways. All rights, including the right to bring legal action or to cancel a membership, are also reserved.
Before confirming prize acceptance, it is the winner’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the stated Terms & Conditions.
