Terms and Conditions of Fast-track Membership Upgrade Offer

  1. The offer is available to FlyerBonus members only who are yet to qualify for the next Membership Level Upgrade due to not attaining the 3 - 5 qualifying sectors (or equivalent) within the 12 consecutive month period and have received this email (based on current data as of 25 May 2023).
  2. FlyerBonus members upgrading to the next membership level must travel with Bangkok Airways on at least 2 (two) qualifying sectors between 26 May and 30 June 2023
  3. The offer is only applicable for flights marketed and operated by Bangkok Airways. Flight activity undertaken on code share flights, award tickets and non-revenue tickets under the classes of X, S and Z are not included.
  4. To be eligible for the tier upgrade, members need to ensure they quote their FlyerBonus membership number at the time of booking or check-in
  5. A Membership Level Upgrade will only be upgraded once during the offer period.
    • Priority Members will be upgraded to Premier Members
    • Premier Members will be upgraded to Premier Plus Members
  6. Membership Tier Upgrades will be calculated on 7 July 2023. Any retroactive flight claims submitted after 30 June 2023 will not count towards this offer.
  7. For members who have been upgraded as a result of this offer, their membership status will be valid for 12 months in accordance with the FlyerBonus program terms and conditions
  8. If the member is eligible for another membership level upgrade rule or offer in the meantime, only the first tier upgrade offer will be considered. Members will not be upgraded again.
  9. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and promotion
  10. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein
  11. In case of any disputes, the decision of Bangkok Airways is final. All other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply.
