  1. To be eligible for the bonus offer, FlyerBonus members must have successfully registered via the special offer link before or within their birth month
  2. This offer only applies to members who have successfully registered between 26 December 2023 and 31 December 2024 and travel with Bangkok Airways and/or airline partner(s) and/or non-airline partner(s) during their birth month between 01 January and 31 December 2024
  3. To receive the special bonus points on offer, members need to accurately quote their FlyerBonus membership number and state their intention to collect the bonus FlyerBonus points every time a reservation is made or when checking-in for a flight with Bangkok Airways and/or airline partner(s)
  4. This offer only applies to members whose membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed prior to the date of travel and/or credit card point conversion and/or stay and/or car rental
  5. The ‘Bonus Points’ on offer are extra points awarded on top of the base points earned with Bangkok Airways and/or partners. The bonus points will not be calculated if the member’s activity is in a non-point earning category.
  6. The ’Additional 28,000 Points’ on offer are extra points awarded on top of earning points in one or more of the five categories; Bangkok Airways Flights, Airline Partner Flights, Credit Card Point Conversions, Hotel Stay(s) and Car Rental(s) during the birth month
  7. For flights or activities taken in the member’s birth month, the bonus points will be calculated from the total number of base points earned from each category, as outlined in the table above. Members should familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions for point accumulation in each of the categories shown below.
  8. The offer is applicable to members who have successfully registered in accordance with the stated terms and conditions
  9. Birth date alterations after initial enrolment are permitted with applicable legal documentation clearly indicating the accurate birth date. Requests can be made by submitting a certified true copy of the member's identification card or passport via e-mail flyerbonus@bangkokair.com
  10.  Any special points earned in any of the categories will be credited to member accounts no later than 60 working days or 2 months following the month that the activities were recorded
  11. Missing bonus or additional points in this offer cannot be claimed retroactively

  13. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein

  3. The spelling of the credit cardholder's name must be consistent with the spelling listed in their FlyerBonus membership account. Cardholders are NOT permitted to transfer points to member accounts displaying a different name.
  4. During the member's birth month, bonus points will be determined by the total base points earned from a credit card point conversion. FlyerBonus members will be eligible to receive the highest bonus point amount on offer
  5. Examples below;
    • Member 'F' will NOT receive Bonus Points because the total number of 450 FlyerBonus base points converted, falls below the minimum threshold
    • Member 'G' will receive 250 Bonus Points as a result of converting the equivalent of 600 FlyerBonus base points in credit card points (as per 3.1 in the above table)
    • Member 'H' will receive 500 Bonus Points as a result of converting the equivalent of 15,000 FlyerBonus base points in credit card points (as per 3.2 in the above table)
    • Member 'I' will receive 2,000 Bonus Points as a result of converting the equivalent of 30,000 FlyerBonus base points in credit card points (according to 3.3 in the above table)
