- This offer only applies to members who have successfully redeemed an award between 10 and 17 November 2023
- This offer applies only to members whose membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed prior to or during the campaign period.
- Points will be deducted automatically once members confirm their online award redemption. Award cancellation and point re-depositing are NOT permitted.
- Members who have successfully redeemed their awards will be contacted by FlyerBonus staff to confirm the name of the attendee. Members are required to confirm the attendee name no later than 24 November 2023.
- Should members confirm the attendee name after the aforementioned deadline, entry to the event will not be permitted
- Event attendees are required to present their identification cards or passports to staff before entering the event on 3 December 2023
- Members, or the VVIP package attendee, are required to present their identification card or passport to the staff upon check-in at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin on 2 December 2023
- Maximum occupancy per room is two adults
- Members, or the VVIP package attendee, are able to stay in a Deluxe Room at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin between 2 and 4 December 2023 only
- Prizes consist of a 2-Night Stay (between 2 and 4 December 2023) at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin, Special Zone Seating and privileges as stated in the VVIP package only. Any other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winners accepting their prize and are not limited to any transportation costs to and from the winners’ true origin and destination (if any), accommodation (if any) and/or spending money. Items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not included as part of the prize.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts or package(s)
- Awards are non-negotiable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No cash alternative is available. Where an award becomes unavailable for any reason, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- Bangkok Airways reserves the right to take photos of the attendee which is the proprietary of Bangkok Airways. The attendee must agree that photos and their name will be published for advertising and public relations purposes without paying any remuneration to the winners.
- Before confirming their award redemption, it is the member’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the stated Terms & Conditions
- If there is any dispute, the decision of the committee shall be final and binding
