Terms and conditions

In order to collect FlyerBonus Points for hotel stays, members must state their intention to collect FlyerBonus points and provide their FlyerBonus Membership Number every time a booking is made. The provisions outlined below also apply:
  • This is for FlyerBonus members whose membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed prior to the date of booking transaction. Members need to log-in and input their FlyerBonus Membership Number into their booking at booking at www.booking.com/bangkokair
  • Members who are unable to add their membership number at the time of booking will not earn FlyerBonus points. Missing points cannot be claimed retroactively.
  • Members are eligible for FlyerBonus points for bookings with a minimum value of THB500 per booking. Members will receive 125 FlyerBonus points for every THB500 spent.
  • Guests must be paying an eligible room rate at an eligible stay to accrue FlyerBonus points.
  • Room bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates may be enforced.
  • FlyerBonus points will be calculated based on the currency exchange rate on the date of payment.
  • Members who cancel or fail to make payment will not earn FlyerBonus points.
  • Points earned from this offer are not counted towards membership level status.
  • Points will be credited to members' accounts approximately 90 days following the month that you completely stay and scheck-out

  • By entering your loyalty information for the purpose of point accrual, you are agreeing to have your membership and booking details shared with Booking.com
