How to +Add Points
To earn points, simply provide your FlyerBonus membership number when making a Bangkok Airways reservation or at the check-in counter. To earn points from our Programme Partners, please present your digital FlyerBonus card at check-in and state your intention to collect FlyerBonus points. Please note that the number of points earned on a flight may vary and is dependent on the fare type purchased (identified by the booking class stated on your ticket). Earning points from programme partners is also subject to their qualifying conditions.

Never miss out on collecting points! In the event that any earned points do not appear in your account summary, either accrued flights or by other program partner activity means, self-service retrospective claims can be undertaken. Kindly note that retrospective claims cannot be made for flights or otherwise if the date of activity exceeds 180 days. This condition also applies for activity exceeding 180 days prior to enrollment in the FlyerBonus Programme. Retrospective claims with our programme partners can be accepted within 45 days only of the activity date.
Type of Points
Members receive base points or a pre-calculated number of points total as determined by Bangkok Airways and their programme partners. Bonus points are offered through promotions from time to time but do not count towards tier up-grading.
Validity of Points
FlyerBonus points are valid for a period of 3 years post-activity and will not expire until the last day of the twelfth (12th) quarter thereafter. If the points activity date falls in the second quarter of 2022, the earned points in question will expire on 30 June 2025. Your Point Expiry date(s) are clearly displayed in the monthly FlyerBonus e-Newsletter sent to your registered email address. This is to ensure you don't miss out on point spending opportunities when special promotions and exclusive FlyerBonus package deals are on offer.
