  1. The award ticket, Bangkok – Samui round-trip economy class ticket (for two persons) will be awarded to a new FlyerBonus member who is the 225th registrant within the registration period (14 February 2025 – 30 April 2025).
    The winner will be announced on 15 May 2025, on flyerbonus.bangkokair.com.
    If the total number of registrants does not reach 225, FlyerBonus reserves the right to withhold the reward.
  2. The winner must confirm the acceptance of the prize by 30 May 2025 and proceed with the flight reservation; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited. Award tickets cannot be issued as an open ticket and are valid for the travel date and destination shown on the ticket only.
  3. The winner must be one of the passengers traveling with the awarded ticket and the ticket is non-transferable to another person.
  4. The award ticket cannot be canceled, and FlyerBonus points cannot be refunded in any circumstance.
  5. The award ticket is valid only for the Bangkok – Samui round-trip in economy class (booking class X) and is non-changeable to other routes. Changes to flight dates or travel plans may be subject to additional fees according to the airline’s policies.
  6. The award ticket redemption is subject to seat availability at the time of booking. Awards are subject to capacity control which may limit the number of seats available for award travel and discontinuing any award is solely at the discretion of Bangkok Airways.
  7. Award Bookings may be accepted within 330 days prior to the date of departure.
  8. If the winner fails to check in for the booked flight, the award ticket will be considered fully used, and any return flight (if applicable) will be automatically canceled.
  9. Additional charges to be covered by the winner include:
    • Ticket issuance fees, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, insurance fees, and other related charges.
    • Travel expenses to/from the airport.
    • Any personal and miscellaneous expenses.
  10. Bangkok Airways does not sell the award tickets. If any unauthorized sale or transfer of reward tickets is detected, the company is not responsible for any damages and reserves the right to revoke membership of the individuals involved.
  11. The award ticket is not eligible for FlyerBonus points accumulation.
  12. The award ticket is non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be substituted for other rewards. It cannot be transferred to another individual or entity. The company reserves the right to substitute the award ticket with an equivalent or higher-value prize.
  13. The company reserves the right to modify, reject, cancel, or terminate the campaign if any fraudulent activity is detected without prior notice.Participants cannot claim compensation for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the company’s decision.
