11. ‘Unlimited food’ includes a set menu. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are not included 
12. Guest can choose between ‘Koh Samui Airport to Hotel’ and ‘Hotel to Koh Samui Airport’ for their airport transfer 
13. Guest can book a stay with ‘PG23’ via official website, phone call, and email. The code can be specified by guest or the reservation staff 
14. Members who are unable to add their membership number at the time of check in will not earn FlyerBonus points. Missing bonus points cannot be claimed retroactively 
15. Double FlyerBonus points are defined as 500 Base points and 500 Bonus points for a total of 1,000 points per eligible stay 
16. Points are not counted towards FlyerBonus membership status 
17. Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus points will be credited to member accounts six to eight weeks after each eligible stay 
18. Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus points will be awarded per each eligible stay. 
19. **An eligible stay for this promotion means two or more consecutive nights spent by a Guest, booked at an eligible rate at any participating hotel or resort. This is regardless of the number of times that the member checks in or checks out during that stay
