- Award tickets cannot be issued as an open ticket and are valid for the travel date and destination shown on the ticket only. After award ticket issuance, ticket cancellations and point re-depositing are NOT permitted.
- This offer is applicable on the number of points required for the award ticket only. Taxes and any applicable fees are charged separately and are NOT subject to any discount.
- All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges are the member's responsibility.
- Awards are subject to capacity control which may limit the number of seats available for award travel and discontinuing any award is solely at the discretion of Bangkok Airways.

- Bangkok Airways reserves the right to adjust the number of points required for a particular award, withdraw an award or impose additional restrictions on awards as well as withdraw, replace or substitute awards at any time with or without notice.
- This offer applies to FlyerBonus members only, holding confirmed and valid membership status, prior to the transaction date. Further, it applies to FlyerBonus members whose converted point amount totals no less than 5,000 FlyerBonus points between 15 March and 30 April 2024.
- The total points will be calculated at the end of the promotion. Point conversions from participating credit cards after 30 April 2024, based on the transaction date with the credit card issuer, will not be considered.
- The 10 members with the highest converted FlyerBonus point totals will each receive a hotel stay voucher. The sequence and awards are stated in the above table.
- The winner’s membership number will be announced on flyerbonus.bangkokair.com no later than 30 working days following the promotion’s end date. Winners are required to contact FlyerBonus to confirm prize acceptance and pay the withholding tax. If a prize is not claimed within the designated period, it will result in forfeiture. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel their prize(s).
- Prize acceptance is non-transferable.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- Winners accepting awards valued at more than THB 1,000 are required to pay withholding tax (5% of the prize value) in accordance with Revenue Department Order Number TORPOR 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985 and TORPOR 104/2544 dated September 15, 2001. This amounts to;
- THB1,788 for 2-night stay in a Premium Ocean View Room (Room Only) at Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort (Award Value: THB35,760).
- THB1,750 for 2-night stay in a Deluxe Room at Burasari Heritage Luang Prabang (Award Value: THB35,000).
- THB1,700 for 2-night stay in a Duplex Suite at Santiburi Koh Samui (Award Value: THB34,000)
- THB970 for 2-night stay in a Deluxe Garden Bungalow at SAii Phi Phi Island Village (Award Value: THB19,400).
- THB450 for 2-night stay in an Elite Room at Burasari Phuket (Award Value: THB9,000)
If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize, by paying the withholding tax within 15 days post-announcement, they will automatically forfeit their right to claim the prize. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel their prize(s). - Winners are required to present a withholding tax certificate, proof of their Government-issued picture ID, or passport, along with a copy as well as the winner-notification email in order to claim their prize
- Bangkok Airways shall not be responsible for transportation or any expenditure incurred from receiving the prizes which shall be at the expense of the winners.
- Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right any time to remove/disqualify any winners deemed unqualified or irrelevant.
- The award voucher's reservation is subject to room availability and stay period, and blackout dates may apply. Please contact the hotel for further details.
- Winners are required to make an advance reservation via the applicable channel(s) designated on the hotel stay voucher
- At the time of hotel check-in, the award voucher will be accepted as payment. The original award voucher copy and/or other appropriate identification must also be presented.
- The award voucher holder and guest are responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges and any other expenses incurred during the stay. Please check with the hotel.
- Award vouchers are both category-and-level specific and number of nights specific. The award vouchers cannot be used across categories or level, or for an amount of nights other than specified on the award voucher.
- Maximum occupancy per room is two adults; additional guests will incur an additional charge.
- Occupancy policies relating to children vary by property. As such, the hotel should be contacted for further details prior to finalising any booking.
- Cancellation policies apply at all hotels. The nightly rate on the confirmed check-in date will be charged in case of a no show.
- Award voucher stays are not eligible for FlyerBonus Points or any other benefits.
- The participating hotels reserve the right to reject an invalid / incorrect award voucher if details do not correspond with the booking and/or member’s details.
- Participating banks and hotels, as well as FlyerBonus, all reserve the right to change the offer and details without notice
