  1. This special offer applies to members whose membership approval status was recorded and confirmed prior to completing the purchase of an e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge upgrade.
  2. To qualify for this promotion, members must sign in to their own account to collect FlyerBonus points when purchasing their e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge upgrade.
  3. This offer applies to members who successfully completed the purchase of an e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge upgrade via the FlyerBonus Official Store between 1 and 30 September 2024.
  4. Once an e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge upgrade has been purchased, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances

  6. Purchasing an e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge upgrade is not eligible for earning FlyerBonus points.

Terms and Conditions of e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade

  1. e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade are valid for 180 days from purchasing date. Unused and expired certificates deem void.
  2. Passengers can use e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade only when travelling on Bangkok Airways' Departure flight.
  3. The e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade allows access to the Blue Ribbon Club Lounges exclusively at the following airports: Chiang Mai, Samui, and Phuket.
  4. The e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade and unexpired Boarding Pass of the Bangkok Airways departing flight must be presented upon arrival at the Blue Ribbon Club Lounges.
  5. Passengers can stay at Blue Ribbon Club Lounges for no longer than 3 hours per time when using the e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade.
  6. Each e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade is valid for one passenger only.
  7. e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade is limited to one-time admittance only.
  8. Children under 2 years of age are admitted for free when accompanied by an adult passenger
  9. No smoking, pets, outside food or drinks are allowed inside the Blue Ribbon Club lounges
  10. e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Upgrade cannot be reimbursed or exchanged into cash or any kind under any circumstances.
  11. Expired e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge upgrades cannot be renewed or changed to any other certificate
  12. e-Blue Ribbon Club Lounge upgrades are non-refundable.
  13. Bangkok Airways has no liability whatsoever for theft, loss or misuse of the redeemed BRC Award Certificate.
  14. Blue Ribbon Club Lounge users agree and acknowledge that Blue Ribbon Club Lounge staff are responsible for admittance of passengers in sequence. Any deemed improper behaviour, including the disturbance of other lounge users, will result in their ejection from the lounge.
  15. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change, or vary any of the terms and conditions stated in at any time without prior notice.
