Terms and Conditions
- Members must contact the respective partner to make an advance reservation at least 5 days during Low Season (APR-SEP), 10 days during High Season (OCT – MAR) and 30 days for Peak Period (2-18 APR, 1-12 DEC and 22 DEC – 4 JAN) by stating that payment will be in the form of a FlyerBonus award certificate at the following contact numbers: Budget Thailand: +66 (0) 2203 9222.
- Renters must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid driver's license.
- During high season, additional fees may apply.
- Vehicles are subjected to availability in each location, and Terms and Conditions of the respective partner. Please inquire the partner before making a redemption.
- FlyerBonus Members shall pay for any extension fee to the rental period over the specified free rental days.
- The FlyerBonus award certificate cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon, online booking, promotions or offer. And cannot earn point for any loyalty program.
- Not redeemable for cash or changed. Lost damage award certificate will not be replaced.
- Valid Credit Card with a sufficient guarantee of credit is required at time of Booking and Pick-up.
- Renters must present valid identification at time of check-in.
- At time of check-in, member must state their intention of using FlyerBonus award certificate as payment.
- In case of cancellation, member must inform the respective partner in advance.
- Budget reserves the right to cancel or change any conditions without prior notice
