- Members must first contact Centara Hotels & Resorts by Tel. +66 2101 1234 #1 or promotions@chr.co.th to check room availability before redeeming the FlyerBonus certificate with Bangkok Airways, and then call the hotel to confirm the booking with the certificate ID.
