Step 1:  Contact your credit card issuer (members can convert more than once with more than one credit card) to convert your credit card points for no less than 5,000 FlyerBonus

  7. The spelling of the credit cardholder's name must be consistent with the spelling listed in their FlyerBonus membership account. Cardholders are NOT permitted to transfer their credit card points to membership accounts displaying a different name.
  8. Once the credit card points have been successfully converted into FlyerBonus points, these cannot be changed back into the credit points.
  9. On the date of intended points transfer, cardholders must have normal account status and no record of default payment.
  10. Converted points from credit card transfers do not count towards FlyerBonus membership status.
  11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion(s).
  12. The bank and credit card partners of the FlyerBonus programme reserve the right to give, cancel, withdraw or restore benefits under this offer. Whether in whole or in part, including request to pay damages (if any) if the right to join the programme is dishonest or fraudulent in order to obtain the promoted benefits, or use the card for commercial business, or in violation of the conditions set and/or misuse of consumption purposes or the member has cancelled the spending item after benefits have already been deposited to the cardholder.

  3. Redemptions must be made online via flyerbonus.bangkokair.com. After accessing the page, select ‘Bangkok Airways Air Awards’ and click on the '50 - 70% Award Sale’ to proceed with the award booking during the applicable periods listed below.
    • For ALL FlyerBonus Members, whose converted point amount totals no less than 5,000 FlyerBonus points
      Booking period: between 1 April (08:00 a.m. onwards) and 26 May 2025.
      Travel period:  between 1 June – 31 December 2025
  4. This offer is applicable for both one-way and round-trip tickets in Economy Class (Booking Class X) or Business Class (Booking Class Z) on schedule flights marketed and operated by Bangkok Airways only.
  5. Award tickets cannot be issued as an open ticket and are valid for the travel date and destination shown on the ticket only. After award ticket issuance, ticket cancellations and point re-depositing are NOT permitted.
  6. This offer is applicable on the number of points required for the award ticket only. Taxes and any applicable fees are charged separately and are NOT subject to any discount.
  7. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges are the member's responsibility.
  8. Awards are subject to capacity control which may limit the number of seats available for award travel and discontinuing any award is solely at the discretion of Bangkok Airways.
