How to Redeem an E-Voucher

For a more streamlined experience, FlyerBonus now provides an electronic voucher system for hotel and car rental award redemptions.

STEP 1
Log-in to your Member Account & click Redeem Awards. Select 'Hotel' or 'Car Rental Awards'
STEP 2
Choose the desired hotel or car rental service provider for award redemption
STEP 3
Click on 'Redeem Now' to redeem your voucher, tick to accept the 'Terms and Conditions' and then click 'Confirm'
STEP 4
Upon successful redemption, a notification in the 'My Voucher' tab will appear via email confirming the details of the award and the number of points that have been automatically deducted.
STEP 5
Present your e-mail containing the E-Voucher or provide the E-Voucher code at the partner hotel or car rental service provider reservations to complete the redemption

Terms and Conditions

  1. Partner Award E-Vouchers are redeemable with participating redemption partners only
  2. The expiry date is stated on each award E-Voucher. Partner Award E-Vouchers not utilised prior to the expiry date will be deemed void, cannot be reissued or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
  3. Members must contact the participating partner to undertake a reservation in advance and state their intention to make payment in the form of a FlyerBonus Award Certificate. Upon receipt of a confirmed reservation, the reservation code should be retained for future reference.
  4. Upon check-in at the participating partner’s place of award redemption, members must present their Partner Award E-Voucher, the voucher number (Certificate Code) as well as their membership number.
  5. Partner Award E-Vouchers are subject to availability and the terms and conditions set by the respective partner(s) and FlyerBonus. At certain times of the calendar year, specific awards may not be utilised due to the enforcement of blackout windows.
  6. E-Vouchers are subject to a limit of one-time usage only. Cancellation and/or point re-depositing are NOT permitted.
  7. The named holder of the E-Voucher is responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges or other expenses incurred.
  8. E-Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers. The exchange or attempted exchange of any Partner Award E-Voucher into cash or item of monetary value is NOT permitted.
  9. Partner Award  E-vouchers cannot be sold to any individual or party. Under no circumstances will Bangkok Airways be held responsible in the event of any untoward transactions.
  10. Partner Award E-vouchers will be deemed void if lost, stolen, destroyed, or altered without the written consent of Bangkok Airways. Once issued, certificates are non-refundable and irreplaceable.
  11. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change, or vary any of the terms and conditions stated within at any time without prior notice.
  12. Unless otherwise stated above, other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply. In case of any dispute, the decision of FlyerBonus is final.
