Redeem Air Awards Faster with KTC-BANGKOK AIRWAYS Credit Cards

1. Air Award redemptions can only be undertaken online via https://flyerbonus.bangkokair.com/member/my-flyerbonus/redeem/ Select ‘Bangkok Airways Air Awards’ and then click on the sub-menu, ‘KTC-BANGKOK AIRWAYS Award’, to utilise the 15% discounted FlyerBonus points rate for redeeming Bangkok Airways Air Awards.
2. A FlyerBonus member and KTC-BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit cardholder must be one of the passengers named on the redeemed award ticket(s). Their membership status needs to be valid and confirmed prior to the transaction date and date of travel.
3. The 15% discount on FlyerBonus points is applicable for both one-way and round-trip online award redemptions in Economy Class (X) and Business Class (Z) only
4. The 15% discount on FlyerBonus points is applicable on the number of points required for the award ticket only. Taxes and any applicable fees are charged separately and are NOT subject to any discount.
5. Award tickets are valid for 1 year only, cannot be issued as an open booking and must be utilised within the stated travel period or on the flight date(s) as shown on the ticket. Members must always provide their destination and date of travel when making changes to the award tickets.
6. Award Redemption Fee must be paid with KTC-BANGKOK AIRWAYS Credit Card only.
7. Air Award tickets are only available on Bangkok Airways coded and operated flights flying on the  routes as listed on the FlyerBonus website
8. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts or packages and are non-exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash
9. Awards are subject to capacity control which may limit the number of seats available for award travel and discontinuing any award is solely at the discretion of Bangkok Airways.
10. Cancellation on airline award redemption and point re-deposit can only be accepted before the issuance of air award tickets (Cancellation of Award Sale Tickets as well as other promotional airline award tickets or point re-depositing is NOT allowed)
11. An award ticket is considered used if a member fails to check-in and take a flight already reserved and the subsequent segments under the same booking will be cancelled. Members will not be able to refund surcharges, and fees or re-deposit those points.

13. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to adjust the number of points required for a particular award, withdraw an award or impose additional restrictions on awards as well as withdraw, replace or substitute awards at any time with or without notice.

Complimentary Blue Ribbon Club (BRC) e-vouchers, facilitating access to the Blue Ribbon Club Lounge, will be available when logging-in to FlyerBonus Member's registered account and clicking on menu “My Voucher”. Complimentary Blue Ribbon Club (BRC) e-vouchers are valid until 31 January 2024 and any unused and/or expired certificates will be deemed void.
3. E-Vouchers, facilitating access to the Blue Ribbon Club Lounge, will be emailed to the FlyerBonus Member's registered account within 21 Days. Complimentary Blue Ribbon Club (BRC) e-vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance (but not later than 31 January 2025) and any unused and/or expired certificates will be deemed void.
4. The card must be approved not later than 31 January 2025
5. Passengers can use their complimentary Blue Ribbon Club (BRC) e-vouchers only at specified airports when travelling on a Bangkok Airways' departure flight. Please check out the participating lounges at https://www.bangkokair.com/lounge
6. The airline reserves the right to deny the use of the service if the cardhoders does not comply with the conditions set forth in clause 4.
