Terms and Conditions

  • The special transfer rate, every 1,500 GSB Reward points can be exchange for 750 FlyerBonus points for all GSB Credit Card Members (Main GSB Credit Card Only)
  • Calculations of total transferred points to FlyerBonus Points under the special transfer rate will be calculated for transactions during 16 March – 30 June 2020.
  • Limited transfer quota of 2,000,000 FlyerBonus Points for the entire campaign. (If either the campaign duration or the transfer quota of 2,000,000 FlyerBonus Points is reached, the campaign will be considered concluded.
  • The GSB Reward points must be exchanged through
    • GSB Credit Card Call Center at 02 299 8888 (For all GSB Credit Card members)
    • GSB Infinite Banking Call Center at 02 299 9999 (For GSB Prestige and World Elite Credit Card members).
  • GSB Reward Points from “Make A Wish” campaign season 1 and 2 cannot be transferred to FlyerBonus Point.
  • Members who wants to transfer the GSB Reward points to FlyerBonus points must be a valid member of FlyerBonus Programme. If you are not already FlyerBonus member, Click here to enroll instantly online!
  • Once the GSB Rewards points are transferred to FlyerBonus points, the converted points cannot be changed back to GSB Rewards points.
  • Transferring the GSB Rewards points to FlyerBonus points takes around 7 working days. Award redemption and award booking must be completed online at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com at least 5 days before the date of travel. The cardholder has to ensure that there is enough time for FlyerBonus to process the request.
  • At the date of request for transfer of GSB Reward Points, the GSB Credit Card Holder must have a normal account status and no record of default payment.
  • Bonus points do not count towards membership status.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Government Savings Bank reserves the right to give, cancel, withdraw or restore benefits under this program. Whether in whole or in part, including request to pay damages (if any) if the right to join the program is dishonest or fraudulent in order to obtain the benefits in this program or use the card for commercial business. Or usage of the card in violation of the conditions set, or misuse of consumption purposes. Or the member has cancelled the spending item after GSB has given benefits to the Credit Card Members.
  • Redeeming FlyerBonus award is based on FlyerBonus Programme's terms & conditions. Members can redeem for FlyerBonus awards at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com.
  • GSB and Bangkok Airways reserve the right to change the programme structure, rules, regulations, benefits and all other Terms & Conditions in whole or in part at any time with or without prior notice, even though change may affect the value of the points or awards already issued.

Top Redeemers Terms and Conditions

  • Participants must have a valid and current FlyerBonus membership throughout the campaign period, 16 March – 30 June 2020.
  • Total converted GSB Reward points to FlyerBonus points under special transfer rate in order to get hotel vouchers will be calculated only for transactions that occur during 16 March – 30 June 2020.
  • Members with the highest converted FlyerBonus points in the sequence of 1st will receive a two-night stay in Beach Villa with breakfast for two at Dusit Thani Maldives (1 prize).
  • Members with the highest converted FlyerBonus points in the sequence of 2nd-5th will receive a one-night stay in Tamarind Suite with champagne breakfast for two at X2 Chiang Mai Riverside Resort (4 prizes).

  • Members must make an advance reservation at the respective hotel, at least 15 days prior to the intended date of stay.
  • At time of check-in, the award certificate will be accepted as payment. The original copy of the award certificate and/or other proper identification must also be presented.
  • The award certificate holder/guest/member is responsible for all applicable taxes, service charges and any other expenses incurred during the stay.
  • The award certificates are both category-and-level specific and number of nights specific. The award certificates cannot be used across categories or level, or for an amount of nights other than specified on the Award Certificate.
  • The award certificates' reservation is based on availability will not be applicable during blackout dates. Please contact hotel for details.
  • Maximum occupancy per room is two adults; additional guests may incur an additional charge.
  • Occupancy policies relating to children vary by property, the hotel should be contacted for further details prior to finalising the booking.
  • Cancellation policies apply at both hotels. The nightly rate on the confirmed check-in date will be charged in case of a no show.
  • Award Certificates stays are not eligible for FlyerBonus Points or any other benefits.
  • The hotels reserve the right to reject an invalid / incorrect Award Certificate if details do not correspond with the booking and/or member’s details.
  • Banks, Hotel and FlyerBonus reserve the right to change the offer and details without notice.
  • Before confirming prize acceptance, it is the winner’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the stated Terms & Conditions.
  • Lucky Winners will be notified by email at the address listed in their FlyerBonus profile no later than 10 July 2020. The email will seek confirmation of prize receipt. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute any prize winner(s) in the event they CANNOT be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so. If the reserve winner with the highest converted FlyerBonus points in the sequence of 31th-40th, cannot be contacted, is deemed unavailable or does not claim their prize within the designated period, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel their prize(s).
  • Prize acceptance is non-transferable.
  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

  • Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right any time to remove/disqualify any Lucky Winners deemed unqualified or irrelevant and substitute with next applicable reserve winner.
  • Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein, as well as, remove unqualified participant from the campaign without prior notice. Bangkok Airways shall not be responsible for any consequences either direct or indirect loss and/or damage.
