  1. This offer applies to FlyerBonus members holding a participating Bangkok Bank credit card and converting their Thank You Reward Points into FlyerBonus Points between 1 September 2023 and 31 October 2023 (based on the transaction date made at the Bank)
    1. For every 1,000 (normally 1,500) Thank You Rewards Points converted, members holding a Pinnacle, Infinite Platinum Leader or Platinum card will receive 500 FlyerBonus points (1,000 points is the redeemable minimum)
    2. For every 1,500 (normally 1,800) Thank You Reward Points converted, members receive 500FlyerBonus points for other card types (1,000 points is the redeemable minimum)
  2. Approximately 3 business days are required for the redeemed FlyerBonus points to show. Cardholders planning to redeem the points are therefore advised to redeem the points in advance. FlyerBonus points can be redeemed for award tickets at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com
  3. To check your Thank You Reward points balance, utilise the Bualuang MBanking Application or call 0 2638 4000 press 1522
  4. Only Bangkok Bank's primary credit cards are eligible for this campaign and cardholders must have normal credit card status as well as comply with all the bank’s credit card conditions. Titanium, Corporate, Purchasing Cards, AirAsia Credit Card and other Bangkok Bank Credit Cards without a reward points programme are not included in the offer.
  5. Once the Thank You Reward points have been exchanged for FlyerBonus points, the converted points cannot be exchanged back to Thank You Reward points. The bank or Bangkok Airways will not be responsible for any points that have already been transferred to FlyerBonus points.
