1. This offer only applies to members whose membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed prior to utilising the services at the participating hospital.
2. To avail of the benefits on offer, members need to present their FlyerBonus digital wallet card or accurately quote their FlyerBonus membership number every time a service is utilised.
3. This offer only applies to members who utilise the service(s) and make payment themselves.
4. This offer is valid between 15 February and 31 December 2024.
