Terms and Conditions

1. The offer runs between 15 August and 30 September 2024 only
2. FlyerBonus reserves the right to issue the stated 20% or 30% bonus point totals to cardholders who have provided the requisite information from UOB within the campaign period. This will be confirmed according to the information recorded in the system and cannot be changed in any case.
3. The 30% Bonus Point offer applies to the first transaction from the new FlyerBonus members whose membership approval status was recorded and confirmed between 15 August and 30 September 2024. Bangkok Airways reserve the right to provide bonus points to the first transaction from new Members as received information from UOB. This will be confirmed according to the information in the system and cannot be changed in any case.
4. UOB Reward Points can be converted into FlyerBonus points at the following conversion rates:
   • For every 3 UOB Rewards points converted with UOB Reserve, UOB Infinite, UOB Zenith, UOB PRIVI Mile, UOB Premier and UOB Mercedes, 1 FlyerBonus point will be received. A minimum conversion total of 3,600 UOB Reward points (equal to 1,200 FlyerBonus points) is required. Cardholders will receive an extra 20% bonus (240 points) for a total of 1,440 points or 30% (360 points) for a total of 1,560 Points for the first transaction from the new FlyerBonus memberships (New Members will receive 20% bonus points first and another 10% bonus will be credited to the member account by the end of the next month after the promotion ends, for a total of 30%). Additional UOB Reward points can be converted in increments of 1,200 (equal to 400 FlyerBonus points) per transaction.
   • For every 5 UOB Rewards points converted with UOB World, UOB Lady and UOB Preferred, 1 FlyerBonus point will be received. A minimum conversion total of 3,600 UOB Reward points (equal to 720 FlyerBonus points) is required. Cardholders will receive an extra 20% bonus (144 Points) for a total of 864 Points or 30% (216 Points) for a total of 936 Points for the first transaction from the new FlyerBonus memberships (New Members will receive 20% bonus points first and another 10% bonus will be credited to the member account by the end of the next month after the promotion ends, for a total of 30%). Additional UOB Reward points can be converted in increments of 1,200 (equal to 240 FlyerBonus points) per transaction.
5. UOB Rewards points must be converted via the stated UOB channels and in adherence to the terms and conditions.
6. A cardholder wanting to convert their UOB Rewards points into FlyerBonus points must be a valid member of the FlyerBonus Programme. If not yet a member, click here to enrol online instantly.
7. Once UOB Rewards points have been converted into FlyerBonus points, they  cannot be reverted to UOB Rewards points
8. Converting UOB Rewards points to FlyerBonus points takes up to 7 working days. Award redemptions and award bookings must be completed online at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com at least 5 days prior to the planned date of travel. The cardholder is responsible for ensuring there is sufficient time for FlyerBonus to process the request.
9. Points converted do not count towards membership status
10. Redeeming a FlyerBonus award is based on the terms and conditions of the FlyerBonus programme. Members can redeem FlyerBonus awards at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com.
11. UOB and Bangkok Airways reserve the right to change the programme structure, rules, regulations, benefits and all other terms & conditions in whole or in part at any time with or without prior notice, even though any changes may affect the value of the points or awards already issued.
