  3. Elite members must ensure their details are registered in their respective FlyerBonus Member accounts (e.g. full name and date of birth) and are identical to the spelling and personal data listed on their passport or identity card. These details will be used for each flight booking.
  4. Bookings can be made via bangkokair.com/theelite2025 (Elite members are required to log in to their FlyerBonus member account in order to book flights online), Bangkok Airways Ticket Offices or the Call Center 1771 (+66 2270 6699).
  5. Unlimited travel is only valid for the base fare and does not include ancillaries, add-ons, airport charges, taxes and regulatory fees, or other applicable charges, if any, which shall be payable by Elite members at the time of booking.

  8. The Elite is non-transferable and unable to be exchanged for any cash or kind. Any attempt to transfer or book flight using The Elite for someone other than the member will result in immediate forfeiture of The Elite.
  9. After ticket issuance, flight/date changes are permitted without incurring a fee. Elite member names cannot be changed.
  10. Elite members are allowed up to five (5) no-shows. In the event an Elite member exceeds the number of no-shows permitted, Bangkok Airways has the right to cancel Elite privileges entirely including any future flight(s) booked and/or confirmed, without any liability on the part of Bangkok Airways.  
  11. Elite memberships and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed into cash
