Terms and Conditions
- Discount Award E-vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unused or expired E-vouchers will be deemed void.
- E-vouchers are equivalent to a cash discount and only applicable when purchasing a Bangkok Airways ticket on a scheduled route within Thailand. E-vouchers cannot be utilised in conjunction with any other co-promotional activity including credit cards, redemption tickets, group tickets, special authorized tickets and staff tickets.
- E-vouchers do not include airport taxes, insurance or fuel surcharges.
- Members are required to present their E-vouchers, with the discount code clearly displayed, when issuing tickets at a Bangkok Airways Ticket Office or via the Call Center (1771).
- Each E-vouchers is valid for one passenger only.
- E-vouchers are subject to a limit of one-time utilisation only.
- E-vouchers cannot be reimbursed or exchanged for cash or any other kind under any circumstances.
- To settle a ticket payment after using the E-vouchers, only cash and credit card can be accepted.
- E-vouchers cannot be returned or converted back into FlyerBonus points.
- Expired E-vouchers cannot be renewed, refunded or transferred to any other certificate types.
- E-vouchers cannot be sold to any individual or party and Bangkok Airways will not bear any responsibility.
- Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change, or vary any of the terms and conditions stated at any time without prior notice.
- Unless otherwise stated above, other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of FlyerBonus is final.
