Terms and Conditions
- Baggage Allowance Award E-vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unused or expired E-vouchers will be deemed void.
- E-vouchers are considered the equivalent to a cash discount and are applicable for purchasing additional weight on any Bangkok Airways operated domestic flight only within Thailand.
- Prepaid baggage must be issued at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers are required to present the E-vouchers displaying the weight voucher code upon at the time of ticket issuance at either a Bangkok Airways Ticket Office or via the Call Center (1771).
- Each Baggage Allowance Award E-vouchers is valid for one passenger only.
- Baggage Allowance Award E-vouchers are subject to a limit of one-time usage only.
- Baggage Allowance Award E-vouchers cannot be reimbursed or exchanged into cash or any kind under any circumstances.
- Baggage Allowance Award E-vouchers cannot be returned and/or converted back into FlyerBonus points.
- Expired Baggage Allowance Award E-vouchers cannot be renewed, refunded or changed for any other certificate types.
- Baggage Allowance Award E-vouchers cannot be sold to any individual or party and Bangkok Airways cannot be held accountable.
- Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change, or vary any of the terms and conditions stated in at any time without prior notice.
- Unless otherwise stated above, other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of FlyerBonus is final.
