- Members must contact Centara Hotels & Resorts to check room availability before redeem FlyerBonus certificate with Bangkok Airways and call back to hotel to confirm the booking with the certificate ID.
- Rooms are subject to availability and Terms and Conditions of Centara Hotels & Resorts.
- The award certificates are based on Accommodation for two in Deluxe Overwater Villa
(All-Inclusive basis).
- The award certificate is applicable for room and Meal Plan Inclusions. Exclude Sea plane transfer charges and taxes. Members pay all applicable tax and service charge upon check-in.
- Members pay USD6 Green tax per night per person. This also applies on infants.
- Subject to local GST and service charge. Any change in GST or service charge will be notified to Members upon booking confirmation. Please contact the resort for more infomation.
- Return Seaplane transfer charges for Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives is USD 440 net per adult and USD 220 net per child. This will be charged in USD only before arrival, transfer charges are subject to change without prior notice. Please contact the resort for information prior reservation.

- At time of check-in, the award certificate will be accepted as payment. The original copy of award certificate, FlyerBonus membership card, and/or other proper identifications must be presented.
- In case of cancellation, member must inform Centara Hotels & Resorts in advance.
- E-Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers. The exchange or attempted exchange of any Partner Award E-Voucher into cash or item of monetary value is NOT permitted
- Partner Award E-vouchers cannot be sold to any individual or party. Under no circumstances will Bangkok Airways be held responsible in the event of any untoward transactions.
- Partner Award E-vouchers will be deemed void if lost, stolen, destroyed, or altered without the written consent of Bangkok Airways. Once issued, certificates are non-refundable and irreplaceable.
