Terms and Conditions
- Winners will be notified via the email address listed in the Premier Member’s FlyerBonus Profile no later than 16 January 2019. The email will seek confirmation of prize receipt and points deduction (100,000 FlyerBonus points required). Lucky Draw Winners are responsible for airport taxes and fuel surcharges calculated to be approximately THB3,270* per passenger (THB 6,540 per award)
*Taxes and surcharges as of 09 January 2019 and subject to adjustment on the ticket issuing date 2. Before confirming prize acceptance, it is the winner’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the stated Terms & Conditions - Winners’ points (100,000 points) will be deducted only when accepting the prize within 5 working days after the winners’ announcement on 16 January 2019. Points will not be deducted from the accounts of unsuccessful members.
- Winners must present proof of their Government-issued picture ID along with a copy and the Winner
- Notification email in order to receive their prize in person at the Head Office of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited; 99 Mu 14, VibhavadiRangsit Road, Chomphon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.
- Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute any prize winner(s) in the event they CANNOT be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so. If the reserve winner(s) cannot be contacted, is unavailable or does not claim their prize within the designated period, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel the prize(s)
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- The following list of expenditures are the responsibility of the prize winners;
• Passport Issuing Fee
• Vietnamese Visa issuance for any winner holding a passport that requires an entry visa
• Any transportation costs incurred to and from the winners’ true origin and destination
• Spending money, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs not included as part of the prize - Bangkok Airways shall not be responsible for any consequences that the winners cannot entry in the country of destination or, are unable to travel on the designated date, the company reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlements and award the prize to the next applicable reserve winner with no liability
- Should checked-in baggage exceed the limit of the Free Baggage allowance, an excess baggage charge must be paid by the winner(s) including any duties and taxes of dutiable goods bought by the winner(s)
- Bangkok Airways reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary, travel arrangements and accommodation in any circumstance as deemed appropriate
- Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to remove/disqualify any Winners deemed unqualified or irrelevant and substitute with next applicable reserve winner
- Bangkok Airways reserves the right to take photos of the winners which is the proprietary of Bangkok Airways in order to publish for advertising and public relations purposes without paying any remuneration to the winners
- Members are eligible to claim 1 prize only
- Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein, as well as, remove unqualified participant from the campaign without prior notice. Bangkok Airways shall not be responsible for any consequences either direct or indirect loss and/or damage.
- If there is any dispute, the decision of the committee shall be final and binding
