Winners Announcement - The five winners who will be joining the Cle de Peau Beaute Product Launch Event

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer applies to FlyerBonus Premier Plus or Premier Members only who have successfully registered via the applicable link between 26 and 30 September 2024.
2. This offer is valid only for members whose Premier Plus or Premier membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed during the activity period.
3. Each membership account is limited to one registration during the activity period
4. The first five members (in sequence from one to five) who successfully register will win an event ticket.
5. The five winners will be announced via flyerbonus.bangkokair.com within 1 October 2024
6. The winners will be contacted by a FlyerBonus representative for confirmation of prize acceptance within 1 October 2024.
7. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute any prize winner(s) in the event they CANNOT be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so. If the reserve winner(s) cannot be contacted, is unavailable or does not claim their prize within the designated period, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel the prize(s).
8. Prize acceptances are non-transferable.
9. The winners are required to present their identification cards or passports to staff when confirming acceptance of their prize.
10. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
11. Each prize consists of an entrance ticket to the Cle de Peau Beaute - The Serum launch event only. Any other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winners accepting their prize and are not limited to any transportation costs to and from the winners’ true origin and destination (if any), accommodation (if any) and/or spending money. Items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not included as part of the prize.
12. Winners are required to consent to the company’s use of their name, photos, videos and other media formats captured during their participation in activity for promotional purposes.
13. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to remove/disqualify any lucky winners later deemed to be unqualified or irrelevant and replace them with the next applicable reserve winner.
14. Before confirming prize acceptance, it is the member’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the stated Terms & Conditions.
15. If there is any dispute, the decision of the committee shall be final and binding.
