Terms and Conditions
- This offer applies only to members who register and complete the Campaign Form between 8 January 2020 – 11 January 2020.
- This offer applies only to members whose membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed prior to or during the campaign period.
- The offer is applicable for one time and one membership number use only during the applicable period.
- Members participating in the campaign (registering and answered correctly) in the sequence of 11th, 22nd, 33rd, 44th, 55th, 66th, 77th, 88th, 99th, 110th, 121st, 132nd, 143rd, 154th, 165th, 176th, 187th, 198th, 209th, 220th, 231st, 242nd, 253rd, 264th, 275th, 286th, 297th, 308th, 319th, 330th, 341st, 352nd, 363rd, 374th, 385th, 396th, 407th, 418th, 429th, 440th, 451st, 462nd, 473th, 484th, 495th, 506th, 517th, 528th, 539th, 550th will receive a Water Bottle and Bangkok Airways Shopping Bag (50 Lucky winners).
- The Bangkok Airways Water Bottles and Shopping bags winners from the Happy Children’s Day with FlyerBonus Puzzle Part 2’ campaign will be notified by email at the address listed in the Member's FlyerBonus Profile within 13 January 2020 after the campaign period. The email will seek confirmation of prize received and payment of any applicable Withholding Tax.
- Winners accepting awards valued at more than THB1,000 are required to pay withholding tax (5% of the prize value) in accordance with Revenue Department Order Number TORPOR 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985 and TORPOR 104/2544 dated September 15, 2001. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize, by paying the (if any) withholding tax within 20 days post-announcement, they will automatically forfeit their right to claim the prize. If a prize is not claimed within 20 days, the company reserves the right to withdraw all prize entitlements and award the prize to the next applicable reserve winner with no liability. If the reserve winner does not claim the prize, the company reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
- Members will be contacted by our FlyerBonus staff, to explain the details and confirmation of the prize received.
- Winners must present proof of withholding tax payment, their Government-issued picture ID along with a copy and the Winner Notification email through FlyerBonus member service email, flyerbonus@bangkokair.com in order to receive their prize.
- Before confirming prize acceptance, it is the winner’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the stated Terms & Conditions
- FlyerBonus will send the prize by registered mail to the Lucky Winners according to the member’s provided address with FlyerBonus. Bangkok Airways assumes no responsibility/liability for compensation, refunds or replacement if the awards are damaged, lost, stolen, or any applicable reason.
- Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute any prize winner(s) in the event they CANNOT be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so. If the reserve winner(s) cannot be contacted, is unavailable or does not claim their prize within the designated period, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel the prize(s)
- Price acceptance is non-transferable.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- Bangkok Airways reserves the right to take photos of the winners which is the proprietary of Bangkok Airways. The winners must agree that photos and their name will be published for advertising and public relations purposes without paying any remuneration to the winners
- Without prejudice to these Terms and Conditions, Bangkok Airways shall not be responsible for any consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the Accommodation voucher winners and/or or use of the Prizes.
- In the event of any dispute or argument, the decision by FlyerBonus shall be absolute and final.
