Terms and Conditions

• Participants must have a valid, current FlyerBonus membership throughout the campaign period from 20 February - 31 March 2020.
• Credit card points must be transferred to the member’s FlyerBonus account via the participating bank’s specified channel. Terms and conditions apply for each bank.
• Once the credit card points have successfully been transferred to the member’s FlyerBonus account, they cannot be changed back.
• Converted points from this activity do not count towards membership status.
• Members with the highest number of converted FlyerBonus points, in 1st-4th sequence, will receive a one-night stay, in a Grand River View Room, with breakfast for two at the Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok (4 prizes).
• Members with the highest number of converted FlyerBonus points,  in 5th-8th sequence, will receive a one-night stay in a Studio Deluxe Suite with breakfast for two at the Emporium Suites by Chatrium (4 prizes).
• Members with the highest number of converted FlyerBonus points, in 9th-12th sequence, will receive a one-night stay in a Deluxe Room with breakfast for two at the Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon (4 prizes).
• Members with the highest number of converted FlyerBonus points, in 13th-16th sequence, will receive a one-night stay in a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite with breakfast for two at the Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok (4 prizes).
• Members with the highest number of converted FlyerBonus points, in 17th-20th sequence, will receive a one-night stay in a Studio Standard Room with breakfast for two at the Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18, Chatrium Collection (4 prizes).
• Lucky Winners must utilise their award certificates at the applicable hotel no later than 30 November 2020.
• Members must make an advance reservation at the applicable hotel, at least 15 days prior to the intended date of stay.
• At the time of check-in, the award certificate will be accepted as payment. The original award certificate copy and/or other appropriate identification must also be presented.
• The award certificate holder/guest/member is responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges and any other expenses incurred during the stay.
• Award certificates are both category-and-level specific and number of nights specific. The award certificates cannot be used across categories or level, or for an amount of nights other than specified on the Award Certificate.
• The award certificate reservation is based on availability and cannot be utilised during any specified blackout dates. Please contact the hotel for details.
• Maximum occupancy per room is two adults; additional guests will incur an additional charge.
• Occupancy policies relating to children vary by property. As such, the hotel should be contacted for further details prior to finalising any booking.
• Cancellation policies apply at all hotels. The nightly rate on the confirmed check-in date will be charged in case of a no show.
• Award Certificate stays are not eligible for FlyerBonus Points or any other benefits.
• The participating hotels reserve the right to reject an invalid / incorrect Award Certificate if details do not correspond with the booking and/or member’s details.
• Participating banks and hotels, as well as FlyerBonus, all reserve the right to change the offer and details without notice
• Before confirming prize acceptance, it is the winner’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the stated Terms & Conditions.
• Lucky Winners will be notified by email at the address listed in their FlyerBonus profile no later than 10 April 2020. The email will seek confirmation of prize receipt. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute any prize winner(s) in the event they CANNOT be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so. If the reserve winner with the highest converted FlyerBonus points, in 21st-30th sequence, cannot be contacted, is deemed unavailable or does not claim their prize within the designated period, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to cancel their prize(s).
• Prize acceptance is non-transferable.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• Winners accepting awards valued at more than THB 1,000 are required to pay withholding tax (5% of the prize value). This amounts to;
• 1/ THB250.00 for stays in a Grand Room River View at the Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok or a Studio Deluxe Suite at the Emporium Suites by Chatrium (Award Value: THB5,000).
• 2/ THB224.00 for stays in a Deluxe Room at the Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon (Award Value: THB4,480).
• 3/ THB175.00 for stays in a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite at the Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok or a Studio Standard Room at the Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18, Chatrium Collection (Award Value: THB3,500).
This is in accordance with Revenue Department Order Number; TORPOR 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985 and TORPOR 104/2544; dated September 15, 2001. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize, by paying the withholding tax within 15 days post-announcement, they will automatically forfeit their right to claim the prize. If a prize is not claimed within 15 days, the company reserves the right to withdraw all prize entitlements and award the prize to the next applicable reserve winner with no liability. If the reserve winner does not claim the prize, the company reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
• Lucky Winners must present a withholding tax certificate, proof of their government-issued picture ID or passport along with a copy and the Winner’s Notification email in order to receive their prize in person at the Head Office of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited; 99 Mu 14, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chomphon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.
• Bangkok Airways shall not be responsible for transportation or any expenditure incurred from receiving the prizes which shall be at the expense of the winners.
• Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right any time to remove/disqualify any Lucky Winners deemed unqualified or irrelevant and substitute with next applicable reserve winner.
• Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein, as well as, remove unqualified participant from the campaign without prior notice. Bangkok Airways shall not be responsible for any consequences either direct or indirect loss and/or damage.
• If there is any dispute, the decision of the committee shall be final and binding.
