Terms and Conditions
  1. This special privilege is only for Sukhothai Privilege Card members making a reservation, and travelling with, Bangkok Airways on a direct domestic or international flight that departs, or arrives at, Sukhothai Airport. Members need to make their reservation(s) via https://flyerbonus.bangkokair.com
  2. This special privilege must be issued immediately. If tickets are NOT issued and/or the payment is NOT completed within the designated time limit, the reservation(s) will be automatically cancelled.
  3. To earn points, FlyerBonus terms and conditions of FlyerBonus will apply. Click here for FlyerBonus points accrual!
  4. Sukhothai Privilege Card members can make a reservation for account owners only. The system will automatically retrieve the passenger's profile and personal information once members have logged into their accounts via the FlyerBonus website. Tickets will be issued under the Sukhothai Privilege Card holder's name and cannot be changed to the name of another passenger.
  5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  6. A limited number of seats are allocated per flight and may not be available on every flight.
  7. Please contact a Bangkok Airways Sales Office or the main Contact Centre on 1771 from 08.00 hrs – 20.00 hrs. (GMT+7, Thailand local time). The new service hours will be starting from 1 June 2020 onwards. for assistance with changing your travel date, flight, routing plan or to seek a refund.
  8. If you no longer wish to travel on the dates stated in the confirmed itinerary, please cancel and make a new booking or if still unknown, make a booking on an approximate set of dates. By failing to cancel  your reservation prior to the check-in deadline and/or not showing up for your flight without advanced notification, your booking(s), including return or onward flights, may be cancelled.
