Members can redeem a Pre-Departure Class Upgrade Voucher for both exciting and scenic routes between Bangkok and Samui, Bangkok to Maldives
. On the date of travel, to claim your Pre-Departure Class Upgrade for classes Y&M, members simply present your voucher at our ticketing offices or simply contact our Call Center 1771 then mention your voucher code and award type to our Call Center Staff,at least 2 hours before departure time and stand-by for your upgrade.| Routes | Class | FlyerBonus Points |

How to claim your vouchers through our contact channels:
- Present your voucher with certificated code at our ticketing offices at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi or Samui Airport
- Ticket must be issued at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Subject to seat availability

Terms and Conditions
- Pre-Departure class upgrade E-vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unused or expired E-vouchers will be deemed void.
- E-vouchers are considered the equivalent to a cash discount and are applicable for purchasing upgrades on Bangkok Airways scheduled flights from Bangkok - Samui, Samui - Bangkok and Bangkok - Maldives. It is applicable for booking classes Y/M only.
- Pre-Departure class upgrade E-vouchers cannot be utilised on codeshare flights
- Passengers are required to present their E-vouchers displaying the certificate code and date at the time of ticket issuance and again the ticket at Airport ticket office on the departure date only. Subject to seat availability.
- Each Pre-Departure class upgrade E-vouchers is valid for one passenger only.
- Pre-Departure class upgrade E-vouchers are subject to a limit of one-time admittance only.
- Pre-Departure class upgrade E-vouchers cannot be reimbursed or exchanged into cash or any other kind under any circumstances.
- Pre-Departure class upgrade E-vouchers cannot be returned or converted back into FlyerBonus points.
- Expired Pre-Departure class upgrade E-vouchers cannot be renewed, refunded or changed to any other certificate type.
- Pre-Departure class upgrade E-vouchers cannot be sold to any individual or party and Bangkok Airways cannot be held accountable.
- Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change, or vary any of the terms and conditions stated in at any time without prior notice.
- Unless otherwise stated above, other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of FlyerBonus is final.
