If your FlyerBonus membership number is recorded on your boarding pass, earned points from the applicable flight will be automatically transferred to your account. It can take up approximately 14 working days after the flight activity date for points to appear on your membership activity page.

If points were not credited to your member account or your membership number was not quoted prior to your flight activity, claiming for missing points can be done online (within 180 months of the date of flight activity)

You can check your FlyerBonus point balance, as well as your last credited activity, by

  • Logging onto your membership account at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com
  • Select menu ‘Point Statements’.

No, purchasing additional points is not possible.
If you don't have enough points? It is possible to top up with your participating credit card.

Yes, retroactive credit on Bangkok Airways flights taken prior to member enrolment is permitted.  Members can retrospectively claim FlyerBonus points on Bangkok Airways flights up to 180 days from the date of travel.

No, retroactive credit is only available for non-airline services for members whose membership approval status has been recorded and confirmed prior to the date of use.


It’s as easy as quoting your membership number when making a reservation or upon check-in. Points will be automatically credited to your account approximately 14 days (after the date of travel) We do however, advise you to keep your original boarding passes in order to retroactively credit points to your account.


It can take up to 14 working days after the flight activity date for points to appear on your membership activity page. Please do not request point crediting before this time period has elapsed.
