Claiming for missing points can be done online (within 180 days of the date of flight activity) at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com or click here.
Simply fill in the form, stating your Booking Reference, Flight origin and destination, Flight number and Travel date.
Claiming missing points for non-airline partners can be done online via flyerbonus.bangkokair.com or click here.
Then, select the service category such as hotel stay, car rental. Simply fill in the details prior to submit.
Bangkok Airways and airline partner flight activity
Retroactive claims will not be accepted after a period of 180 days has passed from the date of flight activity. Click here to proceed.
Non-Airline partner activity
Retroactive claims will not be accepted after a period of 45 days has passed from the activity date. Click here to proceed.
FlyerBonus members can make a retroactive claim for traveling on Etihad Airways flights until 30 June 2022. The submission date is until 30 December 2022, with the termination of the reciprocal partnership in the loyalty program between Etihad Airways and Bangkok Airways.
