If you have issues when you try to sign in, simply use these steps to reset your FlyerBonus password.

1. Go to flyerbonus.bangkokair.com
2. Click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset a new password.
3. Validate your FlyerBonus membership number and click ‘Submit’ button.
4. A verification link will be sent to your registered email.
5. Click the link in the email you received from FlyerBonus.
6. Reset your password in order to access the membership account.
