There are a variety of exciting awards to choose from when redeeming FlyerBonus points. It’s easy, convenient and hassle free! Go to flyerbonus.bangkokair.com or click “Redeem Awards” button below. Then, log in by using FlyerBonus Membership number and password.  Members can redeem FlyerBonus points for award flight(s), hotel voucher(s), car rental voucher(s) and/or Lifestyle voucher(s).

Bangkok Airways flight awards start from just 5,000 points for a one-way domestic flight and 6,500 points for a one-way international flight.

Don’t forget to redeem your points before they expire!


Members can book an award ticket by visiting flyerbonus.bangkokair.com and completing an online award redemption request anytime. Log in by using your FlyerBonus membership number and password. Then, click "Redeem Awards" and "Bangkok Airways Award“.

All applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges are the passenger's responsibility and can be paid with their credit cards.

Yes! Members can redeem their points for a one-way award tickets. Bangkok Airways flight awards start from just 5,000 points for domestic flights and 6,500 points for international flights.

Yes! Award ticket changes can be made by contacting FlyerBonus Customer Service at 1771 [Within Thailand] or +66 2 270 6699 [Outside] between 08.00 – 20.00 hrs. Award ticket changes are subject to service fees.

Normal air award tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be used within the validity dates stated on the ticket.

However, promotional air award tickets may have a different validity period. Please familiarise yourself to the terms and conditions of each promotion.

Expired award tickets will be automatically deemed void.

1. Log in by using your FlyerBonus membership number and password at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com or click on ‘Redeem Awards’ below.
2. After selecting ‘Redeem Awards’, click on the award category i.e. Hotel Awards, Car Rental Awards
3. Choose the award you require, accept the terms and conditions prior to finalising your redemption.
4. The e-voucher will be stored in the ‘My Voucher’ menu that is also sent to your email.

  1. Contact the partner for making the reservation in advance using the FlyerBonus award e-voucher.
  2. At time of check-in or car pick up, FlyerBonus e-voucher with ‘Ready to use’ status must be presented to the partner’s representative. Other proper documents  such as an ID card, driver's license will also need to be presented.

    The used or expired e-voucher is not accepted.

    Please note that members shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, service charges and any other expense incurred. (Please contact the partner for more information)

  1. On the menu, click on My Voucher in order to select the award voucher you would like to use or alternatively, check your email.
  2. Present your valid Blue Ribbon Club Lounge Access e-voucher to the Bangkok Airways staff at the participating lounge entrance prior to entry. Your Bangkok Airways Boarding Pass for your departing flight will also need to be presented.

  1. On the menu, click on My Voucher in order to select the award voucher you would like to use or alternatively, check your email.
  2. Contact our staff at any Bangkok Airways ticket office or phone our Call Center at 1771 or +662-270-6699 at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time.
  3. Mention your voucher code and award type to the staff.
